Data that Outside the Box Collects About You

If you purchase a product, subscribe to our newsletter, connect to our services, contact us (whether through social media or not), participate in an online survey, or interact in any other way with Outside the Box, we may collect various data, including:

• Paper archives: Supporting documents for financial transactions (such as invoices) are not only kept digitally, but also on paper. We keep them for at least 10 years. These archives are kept safely, under lock and key.
• Temporary paper printouts: Sometimes it's simply easier to have a paper copy. If this document contains personal data, it is destroyed using a shredder after use.
• Digital medium: We record your data in databases while respecting strict security measures. This is why your data is almost always stored within the European Union. In the exceptional case where customer data is transmitted to countries outside the European Union, we ensure adequate respect for your privacy.

How Long Do We Store Your Data?

The length of time we keep your data depends on the relationship we have with you.

• If you purchase a product or service: We do not delete your data from our database. We do this for security reasons.
• If you request information: After ten years of inactivity, we delete your data.
• If you subscribe to a newsletter: You can manage this subscription yourself online.
• If you apply: We delete data relating to your application no later than 1 month after the end of the recruitment procedure.

The Belgian tax administration requires us to keep your invoicing, payment, and order data for 10 years. After that, we only use anonymous data for internal reports.
